2. Subscription and Payments

Some features require an active auto-renewing subscription, including but not limited to:

• AI text and voice input
• Receipt scanning
• Advanced insights and analytics
• PDF and CSV export

2.1 Billing

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2.3 Manage Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

2.4 No Refunds

All subscription payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple's refund policy.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Submit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Upload content you do not have rights to (e.g., unauthorized receipt images)

4. AI and OCR Features

The App uses automated AI models for:

• Voice recognition
• Text analysis
• Financial insights
• Receipt scanning

These features may produce inaccurate results. You agree to verify extracted data manually when necessary. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on AI output.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All app-related content—including UI, code, branding, and models—is owned by the developer and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI results
• Availability of the service
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Data inaccuracies
• Service interruptions
• Loss of personal data

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
